12th Biennial European Society for Environmental History (ESEH) Conference
第12届欧洲环境史协会会议将于2023年8月22至26日在瑞士University of Bern举办，会议主题是“山地和平原：过去、现在和未来的环境和气候互动（Mountains and Plains: Past, present and future environmental and climatic entanglements）”。
此次会议主题与Bern的地理位置相契合，会议将从山巅和相连的平原探索环境史。当今和未来的众多环境挑战都与山区密切相关：冰川融化、资源安全、自然灾害、交通和旅游等。会议也将关注：人口外迁带来的文化景观生态系统丧失，低收入农业和林业的结构性经济问题，国家补贴的适应不良，生物多样性丧失，基础设施建设的环境后果，雪崩、山体滑坡等主题以及文化和自然遗产的损失。

Influence of weather and climate on mountain and plain regions in the past, present, and future
Mountains and plains as battlefields, migratory routes and barriers of war – the environmental impact of war
会议也欢迎面向更广泛群体的环境史教育与交流的文章，以及来自人类学、考古学、地理学、数字人文、基础设施研究等学科的投稿。
投稿要求：250词摘要，至少三个关键词
